These fun, friendly and inclusive sessions are open to everyone — parents, children, teenagers, friends and complete beginners. The aim is simple: get active, enjoy rugby and bring the local community together in a relaxed environment.

Family Touch Rugby is non-contact, easy to learn and designed for all ages and abilities. Whether you’ve played rugby before or never picked up a rugby ball, everyone is welcome to join in.

The sessions are a great way to improve fitness, meet new people, build confidence and enjoy time together as a family outdoors.
